As an immigrant, Jo loves to nourish others with nostalgic flavors from her early years growing up in Chinatown, LA.  

A true California girl, working with food as another medium - Jo brings a fresh and modern perspective to Chinese food. 

She was a co-founder and executive chef at Mo Mi Mei - a Cantonese street food cafe in Costa Mesa, California.  She is the founder of “Eat Like An Artist” - a private dining series for sacred feminine communion in Laguna Beach.
