Jo loves to nourish others with nostalgic flavors from her early years growing up as an immigrant in Chinatown, LA.  

As a Californian artist and chef - she finds food to be another medium - bringing a fresh, colorful, and produce forward perspective to Chinese food. 

She was a co-founder and executive chef at Mo Mi Mei - a Cantonese street food cafe in Costa Mesa, California.  She is the founder of “Eat Like An Artist” - a private dining series for sacred feminine communion in Laguna Beach.
